All sales are final. Please double- and triple-check sizes and spelling for customized products prior to purchase, as refunds will not be issued due to customer error.
Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted with a timestamped photo within 1 week after the product has been received to info@gallantheartmedia.com.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
